1v1 Individual Player Registration Funtionality Added

For sports like Tennis (added), Racquetball, Darts, Handball, etc. (coming soon) we've added functionality for "Individual" player registration.
When you create your session, you will be given the choice of Team or Individual registration types.
This does NOT support non-1v1 types of sports that involve more than 2 people in a vs. format like non-team play Golf, Kart Racing, Cycling, etc. We hope to find a solution to that soon.
